How should I prepare for my treatment?
To support a calm and grounding experience, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early so you can settle in, slow your breath, and ease into your treatment. Come with clean skin and hair if possible, and bring a hat or hair covering for after your service. When you get home, we recommend using a fresh pillowcase so your skin can fully enjoy the benefits of your treatment.erything else.

Can I book multiple services together?
Yes - many clients love pairing facials with add on treatments such as the Oxygen Power Infusion or Pore Clearing Extractions. If you’re unsure what to choose, we’ll happily help you curate the perfect combination.
What if I’m new to facials or have sensitive skin?
You’re in good hands. Every treatment begins with a consultation so we can understand your needs and tailor the session to your skin. We always work gently and intentionally.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We operate by appointment only so every client receives our full attention. You can book online anytime or message us directly for availability.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waitlist.
